Presentation in Paris

The FOOD & DESIGN edition was presented at an event in La Maison du Danemark in Paris on 16 December 2010.

Members of the press, interior architects, buyers and decision makers within the HoReCa industry were invited to have a taste of Denmark and were presented to the overall idea behind The New Nordic Cuisine movement both by gastronomic entrepreneur Claus Meyer and the Jutland based cook Thorsten Schmidt while an exclusive design exhibition showed selected Danish design.

The event was hosted by The Danish Embassy and World Pictures in cooperation with The Danish Trade Council.

FOOD & DESIGN is the first edition in a series about Nordic design and gastronomy published by World Pictures.
